Welcome to Silvry LLC (“Silvry,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, educational materials, online sessions, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Silvry provides education, training, and informational content regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
All materials, examples, and demonstrations are for educational purposes only.
Silvry and its representatives do not provide legal, financial, business, or professional advice.

Any actions you take based on our content or instruction are your sole responsibility. You should seek qualified professional advice before making business, financial, or technical decisions.

We do not guarantee that participation in our sessions, use of our materials, or application of AI techniques will produce any particular result.
Outcomes depend on your individual use, interpretation, and implementation of the information provided.

You are fully responsible for how you use or apply the information shared by Silvry.
You agree not to use any of our educational content or materials to:

• Violate laws or regulations;
   
• Harm or defraud others;
   
• Misuse or misrepresent AI tools in a way that causes harm or confusion;
   
• Violate intellectual property rights.
   

Silvry is not responsible for any misuse, damages, or consequences resulting from how you apply AI concepts or tools after your session.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law:

• Silvry LLC, its owners, instructors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
   
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Silvry for the Service in question.
   

You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that all actions based on our educational material are undertaken at your own risk.

Participation in a Silvry session does not create a professional, consulting, or advisory relationship between you and Silvry.
We provide education and know-how, not hands-on development, implementation, or managed AI services.

All materials, recordings, slides, and written guides are the intellectual property of Silvry LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any portion of our materials without express written consent.

All bookings and payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Silvry may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling or refunds for extenuating circumstances.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Morris County, New Jersey.

Silvry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
